Welcome to Miami Beach

A world-renowned tropical beachfront community with luxurious homes, exciting nightlife, and gorgeous white sand beaches

Miami Beach, Florida is one of the most beautiful, luxurious, and exciting places to live in Florida. The area has three distinct communities, North Beach, South Beach, and Mid Beach, each with a unique character.

North Beach extends from Surfside down to 60th Street and is the most relaxed part of Miami Beach. Life here runs at a slower pace; it’s quiet, laid-back, family-friendly, and leisurely. North Beach has a welcoming, small-town feel. The beaches here are broad, less busy and crowded, but just as magnificent. Beachside parks provide a shady oasis with benches, playgrounds, and picnic areas. This part of Miami Beach is primarily residential and offers a greater variety of housing types, including luxurious condominiums, townhouses, and modest single-family homes.

South Beach is the southernmost part of Miami Beach, from Dade Boulevard to South Pointe Park. South Beach has a party town vibe, with tourist traffic, exclusive clubs, and high-energy nightlife, this is the part of the beach never sleeps. South Beach is also where you’ll find the coastline with the best views and many of the area’s more iconic restaurants. Housing in South Beach consists primarily of luxurious high-rise condominiums. These fabulous upscale residences provide residents with a resort-like lifestyle, offering valet parking, stylish on-site bars and restaurants, concierge services, fitness centers, day spas, and welcoming outdoor recreational spaces with pools and tennis courts.

Mid Beach is nestled between North and South Beach, making it the heart of the Miami Beach area. Mid Beach shares some of the more energetic and hip vibes of South Beach but also has a somewhat slower pace and relaxed feel of North Beach. Mid Beach is ritzy and glamorous, with posh hotels, stylish restaurants, and swanky clubs. Mid Beach is also home to the Faena District, centered around the iconic Faena Hotel and Faena House luxury condominiums. This part of Mid-Beach is a continually growing and evolving area that features exquisite residences, fabulous hotels, and a vibrant art, culture, and fashion scene.  Mid Beach is also where you’ll find “Millionaire’s Row,” where magnificent homes line the shores of Biscayne Bay along North Bay Road.

All of Miami Beach is culturally diverse, drawing visitors and residents from all over the world. This diversity is reflected in the variety of shops, restaurants, and clubs dotting the landscape from north to south, primarily along Route A1A.
